Healthy Cookie Balls

Let's just start of by saying: these are amazing! I have been making these cookies all summer long. They taste so good after a long, hot summer day at the beach or work. These cookies are a great source of protein and fiber due to the chia and flax seeds. There is no added sugar into this recipe, it's all naturally sweetened (fist pump). Hope you enjoy this recipe! 

INGREDIENTS 

- 4 tablespoons butter (margarine or coconut)
- 12 pitted dates
- 4 graham cracker sheets
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 6 tablespoons almond milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons flax seed
- 3 tablespoons chia seed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix together dates and butter in a blender or food processor, then add the milk. 
2. Add the rest of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.
3. Scoop desired amount of dough and roll into balls.
4. Store in freezer.
